This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This project involves developing a program of improvements in healthcare identifier matching, focusing on data quality, user interfaces, service improvements, enhancements, and proactive efforts on healthcare identifier retrieval. Improved matching rates will increase the quality and accuracy of healthcare identifiers which is of increasing importance to effective operation of national digital health systems and to clinician/consumer trust in those systems.
The Agency is seeking a supplier who can work with the Agency and Services Australia to undertake detailed analysis and investigation of healthcare identifiers matching rates with a view to identifying solutions and developing a prioritised program of work to improve healthcare identifier match rates, with a focus on Individual Healthcare Identifiers (IHIs).
As an option for consideration, the supplier is also asked to propose how they could provide expert support to stakeholders that agree to implement any immediate improvements in the agreed program of work, where this work can be completed by 30 June 2022.
The response to this RFQ should include information on the supplier’s experience in working with healthcare identifiers, software vendors, and public and private healthcare providers.
The scope of work and deliverables are outlined in a separate requirements document.
