Tender Description
West Wimmera Health Service was established in 1995 and has developed its reputation as a leader in the delivery of specialist rural health services through the provision of integrated acute, residential and primary care. West Wimmera Health Service is a rural health service delivering a comprehensive range of programs and services to the community that are accessed through in-patient, residential, centre and home based services.
The services and programs are located and delivered at Nhill, Goroke, Jeparit, Kaniva, Minyip, Murtoa, Natimuk, Rainbow and Rupanyup as well as operating throughout the local Government areas of Hindmarsh shire, Rural City of Horsham, West Wimmera and Yarriambiack Shire. West Wimmera Health Service has gained a reputation for innovation, excellence, sustainability and growth through its demonstrated leadership and commitment to improving the health of the community.
We will continue to explore, develop, implement and promote ways in which we can deliver quality services to our community. We will achieve this through listening, questioning, monitoring, evaluating and implementation.
Through this RFT, the Health Services are seeking offers for the provision of Internal Audit Services. Tenderers should indicate their capacity and capability to meet both the core service needs and any additional requests as required, including capabilities for identifying and providing scope for quality improvements.
