Tender Description
City of Newcastle is preparing to commence upgrade works at Allowah Street, Waratah West running off Platt Street. The works involves stormwater and road rehabilitation, pedestrian improvements, and street lighting upgrades. The scope of works of this contract is the retaining wall running along the Eastern side of Allowah Street. The wall includes piling, concrete footings, block work wall, subsoil drainage and general earthworks.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on site. A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on Wednesday, 10th November at 9am on site meeting at Allowah Street at the end of the road, past the Mater Hospital. Subject to NSW Health guidelines for Covid restrictions.
