Electrical Services Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠State Library Victoria (SLV, the Library) invites electrical contractors to register their Expressions of interest (EOIs) in tendering for the provision of Electrical Services Maintenance for the Library's main heritage site at 328 Swanston Street Melbourne.

The Invitation documentation attached in the Specification Documents tab comprises:

• Invitation Part A_SLVT112 Electrical Services Maintenance (the Conditions of the EOI Process),
• Invitation Part B_SLVT112 Electrical Services Maintenance (the Overview of Requirements / Specifications),
• Invitation Part C_SLVT112 Electrical Services Maintenance (the Proposed Contract),
• Invitation Part D_SLVT112 Electrical Services Maintenance (the Registrant’s EOI Response),

Please:

1. Review the Invitation documentation and raise any enquiries regarding the Invitation to the Online Forum at least 1 day before the Forum Closing Deadline (1:00PM Australian Eastern Daylight-Savings Time (AEDT) on Friday 12 November 2021),
2. Submit a compete EOI Response in accordance with the Conditions of the EOI Process no later than the Closing Date (1:00PM Australian Eastern Daylight-Savings Time (AEDT) on Friday 19 November 2021),
3. Reference the EOI number SLVT112 on all correspondence regarding this Invitation, and
4. Note: Registrants are not required to include pricing in their EOI Responses as pricing is not an EOI criterion.
