This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs), are seeking qualified firm/s (more than one firm may be selected) to partner with in the delivery of management accounting services, including for the performance of its costing and internal reporting services and support with the TM1 based system – Budgeting and Reporting and Costing System (BRACS).
The successful firm/s are to provide a team of individuals to be imbedded within the Division and to support Home Affairs in meeting its budgetary responsibilities, financial compliance, and other financial management matters including providing support and maintenance of BRACS/TM1.
• Planning and management of internal budgeting within agreed scope, timeframes and budget.
• Assist with the management of the day-to-day financial affairs and monthly reporting for specified business areas within Home Affairs through effective and efficient coordination and monitoring of budget variances and proactive engagement with key stakeholders.
• BRACS/TM1 development, enhancement, maintenance and responsiveness of the system through the provision of suitably qualified TM1 developers on an ad hoc basis.
• Proactive engagement with key stakeholders, including providing training and the provision of documentation to support the use of BRACS/TM1.
• Creation and maintenance of specialist budgeting and costing models and new policy proposals.
