Jemena/Zinfra is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of quality fleet management services, vehicle leasing facility and vehicle lifecycle management.
Jemena/Zinfra is running an EOI activity prior to requesting a formal tender, and we would like you to respond with a solution that:

Overview
Jemena/Zinfra would like to explore the market on Fleet Management services, assess the latest emerging technologies / solutions, and service providers, and to implement robust, cost-effective, safe and efficient solutions.
Jemena/Zinfra have a mixture of owned and leased vehicles of 1,912 units with the following fleet types: Passenger Vehicle, Light Commercial Vehicle, Heavy Commercial Vehicle, Trailer and Others. The replacement of fleet will be approximately 230 units yearly in the next 4 years.
Jemena/Zinfra would like to see your solutions on the acquisition and financing of vehicle fleet.
We also would like to see the solution(s) that enable our fleet manager to harness the use of technologies effectively, Big data and/or IoT to improve overall productivity, safety and compliance of fleet and drivers.
