⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council invites tenders for the Provision of Fleet Telematics Services.

Hume City Council employs a diverse fleet of registered vehicles and major plant items allocated to various business units, supporting the day-to-day operation of the Hume Municipality. These vehicles are run by staff members, and for their safety and accountability, and Council’s pursuit of positive efficiency and environmental outcomes, a modern telematics system and additional safety features (e.g. cameras, waste management etc) are required.

The solution must align with Council’s strategic objectives, which include enhancing driver safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and OH&S, reducing environmental impact through idle time management and emissions tracking, and achieving operational efficiencies through predictive maintenance, digital job cards, and automated reporting
