This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The IIP project will deliver against the initial implementation stage of the PCD (Property and Construction Division) Data Strategy. The Data Strategy (currently in draft but expected to be finalised in parallel to the commencement of this project) will outline the key objectives and end state required from PCD Data, as well as the methodology for project prioritisation.
The IIP project provides PCD and opportunity to consider their data needs by:
• identifying data sets across all PCD branches, including both currently collected data, and where the collection of different or additional data would support PCD outcomes;
• developing a data catalogue which list all the data assets available in PCD;
• developing data maps, which provides a visual representation of the data sets and their corresponding business processes;
• identifying strategic infrastructure and data storage options; and
• how data systems can be leveraged to create efficiencies in work processes, and insights into Commonwealth property, including where it is efficient to move data into a centralised and controlled data repository.
