This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The FWOROCE is currently undertaking a program of work to re-platform five (5) websites on GovCMS (collectively referred to as GovCMS), and its bespoke capabilities (collectively known as Customer Portal) to a managed instance of Microsoft Azure, built in .NET.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have the capability to provide a Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) assessment of the sites and these capabilities, to level AAA compliance. Additionally, FWOROCE will update accessibility pages with the details of dates of assessment and tools used in this assessment.
Execution of testing will need to occur in two passes. FWOROCE will have all five (5) sites hosted on the GovCMS platform by the time this engagement commences. However, the Customer Portal project is not scheduled to go-live until later in 2021, and it may not be possible to conduct the assessment in its pre-production environment due to platform limitations (it utilises a different platform to the websites, namely a managed instance of Microsoft Azure).
