The MS Dynamics365 Lead Developer will be responsible for developing and leading Army's MS Dynamics365 implementation to revolutionalise engagement with our stakeholders. You will do this whilst maintaining a culture which focuses on genuine collaboration, innovation and customer experiences best practice. You will bring an in-depth and diverse skill set across people, commercial, technology, product and general business streams. You will be able to demonstrate having built and shaped process in your previous roles, and working in the grey excites you!

We are implementing reform initiatives to simplify processes and leverage proven Ai augmentation and integrated workflow management supported by customer relationship management (Dynamics365).

You will work as part of the team delivering a complex reform agenda of discrete projects across Robotic Process Automation, Ai Augmentation, digitisation, Digital Twining and CRM as Defence introduces new enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution SAP to improve business processes and performance measurement, and the digitisation of business processes.

Army is seeking a qualified practitioner with demonstrated skills with MS Dynamics365 tailoring and/or customisation. The role will have defined authority and accountability for actions and decisions within a significant broad area of work, including project management, systems integration and stakeholder engagement.
