This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to provide Additional Support Resources for Delivery of Consultation Workshops and Report Materials.
Buyer requires the seller to deliver the following:
• Design and deliver 6-8 virtual workshops with selected stakeholders identified by the buyer, this is inclusive of meetings logistics, stakeholder invitations and RSVP management, and facilitation, including preparation of materials used to facilitate the workshop.
• Summarise and distil outcomes from all workshops into outcomes documents, including conducting thematic analysis and reconciling conflicting feedback.
• Summarise and distil all written submissions received throughout open submission process run by the buyer into outcomes documents and summaries, including conducting thematic analysis and reconciling conflicting feedback.
• Produce Consultation Report that includes summaries and outcomes from workshops and written submissions.
• At the direction of the Buyer, produce outcomes documents, summaries and research materials for use in Final Report. This includes analysing whether there are opportunities to reduce the reporting burden on business through use of existing data (such as from Single Touch Payroll;
• At the direction of the Buyer, this may include creating data infographics that summarise key findings and themes that pertain to the workshops and written submissions.
