Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project involves refurbishments of a guard room, fire station, theatre, range house, headquarters office building at Puckapunyal Military Area.

The work involves;

  • Architectural - patch and paint, floor covering replacement, blinds, stonework repointing, kitchen refurbishment.
  • Electrical - lighting upgrades.
  • Structural - follow recommendations listed in AS 1657 Ladder Desktop Review, undertake any further site assessment of access ladders and walkways behind stage, and undertake remediation works to achieve compliance with AS 165.
