GOTAFE is seeking to engage a Project Manager / Superintendent to provide all the necessary materials, equipment and labour to provide the Scope of Services described and in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this RFT. The successful Project Manager shall provide Project Management and Superintendent services.
GOTAFE is proposing to construct a 1,140m2 double storey west-side extension of current Archer Street building and provision of new connecting facilities for Plumbing and Electrical Trades inclusive of hand tool area, classroom based teaching, skills bays, student amenities, staff offices, and informal/breakout spaces. The works also include a new car park with on-site parking for 42 vehicles. GOTAFE have engaged the architect Gray Puksand to conduct the design of the facility and are in the early stages of the design process. GOTAFE are also currently in the process of engaging a quantity surveyor which it expects to engage in October 2021.
