Tender Description
The City of Kalamunda (City and Principal) requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consultant contractor (Consultant) to achieve the City's stated Tender RFT 2111 (TENDER) Objectives (Section 1.3) and Scope of Works (Section 1.4).
This includes the preparation of Site Sampling Analysis and Quality Plan(s) (SAQP); The SAQP execution via a Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) for Dawson Avenue and Pioneer Park, Forrestfield Western Australia (WA) (the Site), as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Also, work with the City Authorised Voluntary / Mandatory Contaminated Sites Auditor (Authorised Auditor) for verification and validation of the above before submission to DWER.
