Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor for the design and construction of the redevelopment of Kariong oval recreational area consisting of a new skate park, pump track and play space.
Over 2020-2021 Council undertook preliminary investigations and community consultation to prepare a Concept Design for a new Kariong recreational area due to the existing skatepark and playspace within the Kariong Oval Precinct having reached the end of it's functional life. Council is replacing the redundant area with a multi-use facility that is closer to local amenities.
This contract requires design and construction of the skatepark redevelopment based on the Concept Design Report.
