This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Property Management Branch within the Estate and Infrastructure Group is looking to engage a team to assist the Branch with the continued uptake of the GEMS system (SAP Based). This engagement will require the successful tenderer to:
- Provide system support to the Branch;
- Assist with the development and deployment of change requests;;
- Develop process maps within Holocentric;
- Complete an existing data remediation project;
- Assist with the processing of the Domestic and Overseas leasing functions;
- Liaison with internal Defence GEMS support teams;
- Liaison with existing leasing service providers;
- Other GEMS support activities that arise during the term of engagement.
