Tender Description
The Ararat Rural City Council (Council) is tendering for the construction of a new multi-use sports precinct at Gordon Street Recreation Reserve. This tender includes:
- Construction of a new pavilion with AFLW changerooms, shared cricket/football (soccer) change rooms, large social space with kitchen and bar, player, umpire and public amenities.
The Contractor shall be responsible for all labour, materials, plant hire, freight, fees, and other sundry expenses required to complete the works.
Works for the new upgraded AFLW, Football and Little Athletics playing surfaces, irrigation and civil construction works will be separately tendered.
