Tender Description
Public Trustee (PT) wishes to advise in advance, we will be seeking to engage an allotted number of suppliers to deliver customer residential yard maintenance and lawn mowing services across Queensland commencing May 1st 2022.
It is the intention of the Public Trustee to release an Invitation to Offer (ITO) / Request for Quote (RFQ) via Queensland Government QTenders in mid-November 2021.
Further information as follows:
A tiered procurement strategy will be adopted for these services and the respective areas.
1. A Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) will be released to the open market for the following (higher volume) locations:-
- Brisbane (North)
- Brisbane (South)
- Caboolture
- Cairns
- Ipswich
- Logan
- Redcliffe
- Southport
2. The following service areas (with less expected volume) will have a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued to a select number of suppliers identified by PT, including those who express an interest, as a result of this forward procurement notice (FPN):-
- Birtinya
- Bundaberg
- Eumundi
- Mackay
- Townsville
- Rockhampton
