North Queensland - North West District - Gardening & Yard Mtce 26-27- Various locations

⁠⁠⁠Suitably qualified contractors are invited to offer Garden and Yard maintenance services for the Department of Transport and Main Roads, North West District.

Scope:

Ground Requirements / Services

The Contractor shall weekly perform the following ground maintenance services to keep amenities to a clean, safe and tidy standard.

Lawns

Mow all lawns to a neat appearance weekly or as required. Mow around posts and tree surrounds. Edge all lawn areas to a neat appearance.

Leaves and Green waste

Leaves and green waste removed to maintain a safe and neat appearance. Dispose of all trimmings and fallen branches.

Walkways/Driveways/Carparks

Remove debris on all walkways and driveways to maintain a safe and neat appearance.

Trees / Shrubs

Trim gardens and small tree branches to a maximum height of 2 metres from ground level to maintain safe paths and driveways.

Weed Control

Poison as necessary to control weed growth on premises.

Disposal of Waste

All debris placed in refuse bins, mulched or taken to an approved waste disposal centre.
