Tender Description
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to register their interest to participate in the procurement process for the delivery of the M1 Motorway extension to Raymond Terrace: Heatherbrae Bypass (“Heatherbrae Bypass”).
Heatherbrae Bypass includes a 5 kilometre dual carriageway motorway link between Tomago and the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace, with an interchange at the northern extent at Raymond Terrace. Heatherbrae Bypass includes construction of three bridges including a bridge over the M1 mainline at Masonite Road, a bridge over Windeyers Creek and a bridge over the Motorway for the off ramp at Raymond Terrace.
The M12RT delivery strategy includes construction via two collaborative Design and Construct (D&C) contracts:
- a northern D&C contract (known as Heatherbrae Bypass) to deliver the northern 5km of M12RT, with an interface located at Tomago; and
- a southern D&C contract (known as Black Hill to Tomago) to deliver the southern 10km of M12RT.
This Registration of Interest is for Heatherbrae Bypass only.
