Civil Infrastructure Works to support new industrial land development in Morwell

⁠⁠⁠A brief description of the procurement including the extent of the Works or Construction Services required

• Development Victoria is seeking a Lead Civil Engineering Design Consultant to support new industrial land development in Morwell i.e. undertake design of enabling trunk infrastructure in Morwell, Gippsland. (Services) Experience in delivering similar projects on large rural sites is required.

The Services may be allocated in one or more proposed design development stages as follows:

• Stage 1 - Master planning**
• Stage 2 - Schematic / Concept Design
• Stage 3 - Detailed Design
• Stage 4 - Contract Documentation**
• Stage 5 - Contract Administration/ Construction Phase
• Stage 6 - Project Close Out

*Note: That the project is subject to governance approvals at various hold points. Works packages may be allocated to one or more successful consultants at DV’s sole discretion

The Procurement Model (construct only, design and construct, contract management, alliance, public private partnership etc.)

• These Services will be procured by selective tender from the VicRoads Supplier Register and the design consultant is procured under a Major Services Agreement

The procurement process and indicative procurement program (open tender, selective tender, EOI/RFP, supplier panel etc.)

• Respondents will be given three weeks to respond to the RFT.
• The successful bidder must have capacity to commence the Services immediately upon appointment.

• Pre-qualified consultants from the VicRoads Register
