* Design, develop, manage and implement new data extracts, transformations and load routines using IBM InfoSphere 11.x.
* Design and build ETL to undertake data quality activities for various data structures using DataStage and QualityStage components.
* Work with external and internal customers/team to identify data quality requirements for development of ETL DQ processes and solutions.
* Participate in requirements, design and code reviews, documentation of design and implementation of methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate data quality outcomes.
* Conduct quality assurance activities.
* Conduct People Domain profiling, analysis and reporting against domain data sources.
* Monitor and manage the data quality scheduling process for fortnightly and monthly production run.
* Work and contribute as a member of a multi disciplined team applying Agile work-practices/ techniques, including the provision of mentoring and skills transfer.
