Lift Modernisation & Extension

Suitably qualified commercially registered contractors are invited to forward an EOI for the above project and associated site works.
Edgewater Towers is an existing 13 Storey residential building (occupied).

Scope of work includes demolition of one existing lift motor room floor and associated infrastructure, construction of supporting concrete structure and replacement of two existing lifts with machine-room-less type (one lift extension to serve rooftop/14th level). Works are up to Approx. $650K+.

Initial registrations must be limited to one page only and include company name, ABN, address, phone and email address, managerial/resources, at least two examples of previous similar projects, referees and a contact person. EOI closes at 2:00pm on Friday the 15 October 2021.
