Project Summary
The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in October 2021 for the main contractor services for Clifton Springs Priamry School. The schools is loccated at 80-118 Jetty Rd, Clifton Springs VIC 3222. The scope of the project is to construct new administration and resource center, junior learning center and senior learning center. New site wide services and landscaping. Contractors must be registered with the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Construction Supplier Register (CSR) as a commercial contractor, and be able to demonstrate past experience in projects of similar scale and complexity.

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $15,000,000
A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
