Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking to select a suitably qualified consultant or consortium of consultants with diverse skills and knowledge to develop the ANZAC Park (Warracknabeal) Masterplan.
The Masterplan process will include a review of Council’s existing plans / strategies relevant to site, undertake a current condition assessment of all built structures and playing surfaces within the precinct, identify key stakeholders & resource partners and determine the communities need and asset requirements through Community Consultation and Working Group discussions. This process will also explore alternative opportunities for coordinated and targeted future investment at the site, whist further considering future demand for organised sport and active recreation opportunities within the precinct.
The Plan will ultimately provide direction to the Yarriambiack Shire Council and ANZAC Park Committee for the management and development of the Recreation Reserve, including a 10-year plan for infrastructure provision, while further providing high-level conceptual plans for proposed works.
