Tender Description
Council is inviting tenders for the construction of a new sporting pavilion, multi-use space and associated carpark at the Bellbird Park (East) Recreation Reserve located at 91 Lampard Road Drouin.
The new pavilion provides 4 change rooms, 3 storage spaces, 2 umpire rooms, 2 canteens, as well as an office space, first aid room to service the soccer, cricket and hockey clubs based at the reserve. The pavilion also incorporates a multi-use space which provides a, meeting/function space, commercial kitchen, bar and associated toilet facilities.
In addition to the pavilion this tender includes the construction of a new car park, vehicle drop off area, demolition of existing buildings, BBQ shelter and playground within the reserve, establishment of a new BBQ area and playground, and associated civil works required for servicing the new facilities.
All works are to be completed in accordance with the design drawings, specifications and adhere to all applicable Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and Universal Access Requirements.
