Tender Description
Express interest for any other opportunities excluding those capabilities that fall under Phase 2 of the project.
Please note if you fall under the phase 2 capabilities, you will need to submit against that work package and not here. If you do not submit against the Phase 2 work package you will not be considered.

- Structure – FRP to footings, concrete pathways, kerbs, slabs and like
- Structural Steel
- Civil Package 3 – Detailed Earthworks, foundations, stormwater drainage and service trenching
- Civil Package 4 – Carparks, roads, kerbs and culverts
- Piling Works
- Landscaping – Softscape (Plant procurement, supply and install gardens, trees, irrigation)
- Hydraulic Services 1 – Water, Sewer, Gas, Grease traps, Wet Fire, Sanitary Fixtures (Modular Construction)
- Hydraulic Services 2 – Water, Sewer, Gas, Grease traps, Wet Fire, Sanitary Fixtures (Central Facilities)
- Mechanical Services – BMS, ventilation, air conditioning
