Tender Description
Supply of the following equipment to be installed on the Hull of the Scarborough FPU for removal of suspended oil and solids from the non-hazardous open drains.
Any hydrocarbons separated in the Open Drains Skim Pile shall be discharged by a Skim Pile Pump to the Open Drains Tank (by others).
1. Skim Pile
2. Skim Pile Pump (electric submersible, end-suction centrifugal type)
Other requirements:
- Flag State certification with AMSA is required.
- SUPPLIER shall provide one set of special tools required for the erection and/or maintenance of the pump (e.g., pipe clamps, lifting tools, temporary supports, etc.) for handling during installation and removal.
- SUPPLIER furnished Transportation
- Mechanical design of equipment for process condition, wind load, blast load, FPU accelerations
- All required heat treatments, NDE's, PMI
- Equipment hydro-test, draining and drying after hydro-test
- Mechanical guarantee
- Proof load test of lifting lugs
- Weight control throughout the design and fabrication
