Tender Description
The Department is seeking to enter into a single contract for the provision of a regular passenger transport and freight airline service to Norfolk Island.
Through this RFT, the Department is seeking innovative, commercially based solutions from the market in order to meet the following key objectives:
- Provide essential airline services to Norfolk Island;
- Establish a scalable service delivery model for airline services to Norfolk Island that matches supply with demand and allows for surge capacity for major events; and
- Develop a business model for the delivery of the Services which is commercially viable and minimises or eliminates the requirement for underwriting.
