Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of a new 2 storey Learning Centre located at Kawana Waters State College (Senior Campus) located at Sportsmans Parade, Bokarina QLD 4575.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors satisfying PQC 3 level certification with QA and a registered office at the Sunshine Coast. Please note, the contract will be awarded as a whole to a suitably licenced contractor. Individual trade packages will not be awarded separately.

A mandatory site visit has been arranged for Tuesday 21st September 2021 at 9:30am. Contractors are to meet at the school entrance along Sportsmans Parade for sign in. Please nominate attendees via email to Robert.G@lar.net.au by 12pm midday 20th September, subcontractors are welcome to attend also.
Submissions close on 12th October 2021 at 2:00pm at the Queensland Government Tender Box, C/o Decipha Pty Ltd, 2 Duncan Street, West End QLD 4101.
IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
