Tender Description
The outsourcing of the Facilities Management & Property Management services is managed by the Asset Management team within Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) which is part of the Department of Planning Industry & Environment, (DPIE).
The services to be provided relate to Property NSW’s leased and owned property portfolio. The outsourced contracts aim to deliver outstanding client service and responsiveness, achieve value for money, best manage risks and leverage private sector expertise. The tender requires all NSW regions to receive services under the Contract.
