Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ OZ Minerals Musgrave Operations Pty Ltd requires the service of suitably qualified and resourced Design and Construct architect/consultant/contractor teams to work with OZ Minerals under an early contractor involvement (ECI) arrangement to develop the West Musgrave ‘Living Hub’ accommodation package.

The ECI will build on the Living Hub Master Plan to create a diverse suite of spaces and activities that
  • supports the mental health and physical well-being of residents
  • encourages a culture of collaboration and interaction that respects the diversity of village users and stakeholders
  • fosters a cooperative and inclusive relationship with adjacent communities and cultural groups.
