Level 1 + 2 Service Desk Analyst

⁠⁠⁠Treasury is seeking responses from vendors for the following positions:

Qty: 2-3 resources

Essential role requirements:
- Baseline clearance or above
- Experience working as an IT Service Desk Analyst
- Experience supporting senior management staff
- A good balance of customer focus and strong technical knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot a variety of IT matters in person or over the phone.
- Experience documenting incidents through a Service Management tool
- Experienced with: AD, user accounts management, resource groups, distribution lists, front facing exchange features, elevated permissions
- Canberra based
- WFH & onsite, based on roster
- To be physically capable of lifting & moving equipment like monitors, desk printers & general ICT stock.

Extra Detail:
- The Service Desk is open, 7am -7pm and staffed on a rotating roster of 7.5hrs p/day, mon-fri.
- Environment is windows 10 laptop, supporting staff WFH + on prem
- Not essential: MDM is airwatch/intune, RSA
- Service tool is backend Cherwell, with custom workflows
- Availability to work ad-hoc weekends and possible interstate travel
