Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the supply and installation of new lighting towers and associated works to upgrade the sports lighting at the Hopetoun Recreation Reserve (Strachan Street, Hopetoun).
The project will see the supply and installation of LED Sports Field Lighting in accordance with Australian Standards for Sports Lighting – Australian Rules Football Competition (Series 2560.2.3 – 100 Lux), with the infrastructure built with the provision to enable future lighting upgrades to 200 Lux.
The Intended Outcome of the Project will see the inadequate lighting at the Hopetoun Recreation Reserve addressed and a 100-Lux average across the entire oval area obtained.
The budget for this project is $267,000 (excluding GST).
Contractors are required to undertake a mandatory site inspection prior to submitting a tender. Refer to Item 3 of Part 1 (Conditions of Participation) for further details.
