Tender Description
CSAPHN is offering small grants of up to $10,000.00 excluding GST to Community Groups, Suicide Prevention Networks and non government organisations located within Country South Australia.
Following the success of previous NSPT grant rounds, CSAPHN have expanded the number of regions eligible to apply for the grant to assist with building capacity within additional Country SA communities. All regions are now eligible to apply.
The purpose of the Suicide Prevention Small Grant is to progress one or more of the following goals for suicide prevention within Country South Australia.
1. Promoting help-seeking, mental health and resilience
2. Training the community to recognise and respond to suicidality
3. Engaging the community and providing opportunities to be part of the change
4. Encouraging safe and purposeful media reporting.

There are a limited number of grants available, and funds must be expended by 30 June 2022. Mandatory conditions of participation apply which include to have and maintain adequate insurance coverage for public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation.
Applicants who are unable to meet all pre-conditions should conclude that they will not benefit from applying or should consider proposing that the grant is auspiced and administered by another organisation that can meet eligibility requirements.
