ATN - Principal Consultant - VIFM - Capital Works Upgrade Program

⁠⁠⁠The Community Safety Building Authority (CSBA) as an agency of the Department of Justice and Community Safety is undertaking the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine (VIFM) Capital Works Upgrade Program. Suitably qualified and experienced suppliers are sought to deliver services below as part of the Capital Works Program.

Seeking architectural services for the design, development and scope of the Victorian Institute of Forensic Medicine Capital Works Upgrade Project.

Project delivery model:

Supplier to consider the following criteria:

• demonstrated financial capacity
• established quality management and assurance system
• capacity and capability to deliver the requirements
• understanding of key deliverables as detailed in the project brief, operating environment and project methodology
• demonstrated experience in similar projects
• understanding of project pressures, timelines and interdependencies
