This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
This role is for a Change Practitioner to work in the Enterprise Program Office on a number of Veteran Centric Reform projects. Whilst the projects are focused on ICT improvements and automation of processes to improve delivery performance, the focus of the change staff is to guide the leaders and team through the change process and ensure the change is being implemented through strong leadership, collaboration and interacted with other key activities.
The role is located in Canberra and will work to the Director Change Management.
• Lead the organisational change management for multiple projects
• Conduct information gathering workshops with the project team and impacted staff to gain an in-depth understanding of any concerns and/or barriers to change which need to be addressed
• Develop internal and external change impact analysis and change readiness plans
• Develop and implement change management strategy and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
• Stakeholder engagement, management and communications
• Provide strategic change management advice to the project teams
• Provide advice on new operating models
• Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Coach leaders, managers and supervisors and
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
