Design & Construction of new floodlighting to Maitland Sportsground #1

⁠⁠⁠PURPOSE
The purpose of this RFT is to identify and engage a suitably qualified contractor to design and construct new flood lighting and associated infrastructure at Maitland No.1 Sports Ground.

INVITATION
Subject to the remainder of this Request for Tender, any legal entity with the technical and financial capacity to complete the Works in accordance with the principles set out in section 3.6 is invited to submit a Tender in accordance with this RFT.

INFORMATION DOCUMENTS
All Information Documents:
(a) are made available for the information only of Tenderers; and
(b) will not form part of any eventual agreement for the performance of the Works.

PROJECT MEETINGS
As part of the RFT process, MCC will undertake one project meeting and site inspections It is not compulsory for Tenderers to attend either or both Project Meetings however it is highly recommended.

Attendees must adhere to current COVID 19 Public Health Orders in addition to completing MCC covid declaration.

TENDERERS TO NOTE
In the preparation and submission of the tender and without limiting the Tenderer's obligations, the Tenderer shall:
- submit a tender which includes all Schedules including the Tenderer's

Declaration Schedule and any other declaration required completely filled in and signed, together with any other documents, information and details necessary to make the tender complete;
- not submit a tender without a firm intention to proceed;
- not engage in any form of collusive practice;
- not directly or indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time indirectly canvass support from an elected member or employee of Council at any time.

SUBMISSIONS
Completed responses can be lodged via the electronic tender box using the word version of the Schedule. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.
