Tender Description
Parks Victoria have introduced a corporate asset inventory and management system which tracks the review of its assets across the state. Staff have been undertaking inspection of assets and prioritising works to form a program of high-risk assets requiring repair, replacement, or disposal.
Asset types range from bridges, to lookouts, to towers and everything in-between.
To aid the progression of this program of works, Parks Victoria is seeking a consultant, to provide preliminary design development, planning compliance reviews, quantity surveying services, detailed design development and permit applications (as needed). The tender is due to open 8 December 2021 (subject to internal approvals).
Tenderers must be prepared to work flexibly with Parks Victoria’s Regions, Districts and Parks.
To ensure a fair process, Parks Victoria will not be responding to enquiries for this Request for Tender until it is publicly released to market.
