Explore the capabilities of a vendor’s automated legacy mainframe COBOL and VSAM conversion solution via a Proof of Concept. Refer to Attachment ‘RFI requirements – Attachment_A – 2021 – FINAL.docx’.
To achieve the requirements presented, Services Australia is proposing to complete a two stage approach to market, which will consist of an initial "Ask the Market" (Stage 1) and depending on market interest and the suitability of the responses received, be followed by a Request for Quote (Stage 2) from a shortlisted number of suppliers. In the event that Services Australia does not receive suitable responses at Stage 1, Services Australia reserves the right to cease the procurement activity and not proceed with Stage 2.
