Icon Water's current FIMS solution, and components of its financial management services, are provided by ActewAGL under the Corporate Services Agreement (CSA), which is due to expire in June 2023.

To ensure continuity of Icon Water's financial management services beyond June 2023, Icon Water is approaching the market for a FIMS solution.

Icon Water is seeking a FIMS solution provider to establish a new financial information management system to provide Icon Water with greater control over its financial management information and business, processes, and financial services.

The FIMS may comprise a single solution, or several integrated solutions, with either being able to deliver Icon Water's desired financial management functions.

Establishment of this FIMS solution is anticipated to require configuration of financial management processes, alignment with Icon Water's financial management requirements, and integration with related and dependent systems and data sources.

In addition to seeking a solution to support the management of Icon Water finances, Icon Water is seeking to ensure the solution provided in response to this RFT has the capability and capacity to be expanded beyond the current project scope in future if required.
