Tender Description
Naval Group Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from Australian and New Zealand manufacturers or resellers with capability to supply standard and specific self-lubricating bearings.
Bearings are used on rotating equipment. The self-lubricating bearing operates without the need for additional external lubrication.
The bearings are to be of type: cylindrical and flanged bearings. In sizes ranging from 2mm in diameter through to 400mm in diameter, with lengths of 2mm to 120mm.
The bearing material for standard products are to range from BP 25 (Fu-E10-62) or equivalent and specific machined bearings in CuSn12P to composite materials (ISOGLISS, IGLIDUR, ORKOT....)
Documentation required for acceptance includes but it is not limited to: Manufacturing Process Plan, Inspection Reports, Test Reports, Dimensional Reports, 3.1 Material Certificate (for the metalic part only), and Certificate of Conformance.
