PA Regen and Seed Filter Presses - PM119 - Nolans Project

⁠⁠⁠The Project intends to tender and award PA Regen and Seed Filter Presses. The scope covers the design, supply, and modularization of fully automated filter press units for solid–liquid separation in PA regeneration and seed filtration, handling slurry feed to produce filter cake and filtrate with washing, membrane squeeze, and drying functions.

The package includes all equipment within defined battery limits, comprising the filter press, hydraulic systems, interconnecting piping/tubing, local control panels, and mounted instrumentation, with interfaces at slurry feed inlets, utilities, and discharge points (filtrate, solids, and air), while excluding upstream/downstream systems and site works.

The system is to be designed and sized by the supplier to meet specified duty requirements and performance parameters such as solids throughput, cycle time, cake dryness, and filtration efficiency, as defined in the datasheets. It includes a fully automated control system with local operator interface, integrated sensors for monitoring and protection, and capability to interface with the site PCS for remote monitoring and limited control, in compliance with Type 4 EC&I requirements. The equipment is suitable for outdoor installation, with appropriate painting, coating, weatherproofing, splash protection, and provisions for safe handling and installation.
