Tender Description
EOI are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works at St Par trick's Parish Primary School, 9-11 William Street, Port Fairy.
The works shall comprise partial demotions and construction of a new General Purpose Learning Centre including demolition works, new Learning Spaces/ Hub, Withdrawal Areas, Amenities and associated site works (approx 650m2)
Registration area limited to two A4 pages and shall be received at the following address prior to 2PM on Friday 13th August 2021 ( from which , a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared)
