Frankston City Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the performance of the Litter Bin Collection Services described in the Part B Specifications including Appendices). Delivery of these services must be efficient, safe, sustainable, flexible, cost effective and compliant. Particular emphasis should be placed on ensuring that the maximum amount of litter is diverted from all Council’s designated containers in all public places including streets, parks, reserves and Council facilities throughout the Municipality. In addition, all dog waste bins should be serviced efficiently and effectively, whilst also focusing on a sustainable delivery of service. This procurement should also provide a contractor who is adaptable to change in the waste and recycling industry and committed to a partnership with Council in waste minimisation, innovation optimisation and all facets of service delivery and contract scope.
