Tender Description
The services include design and related services in respect of the following scope of works:
a)Address capacity, condition and compliance deficiencies identified by Base Engineering Assessment Program (BEAP) for reticulated engineering services;
b) Construction of a New Live-In-Accommodation (LIA) building to accommodate Staff Cadets (SCDTs) and Training staff
c)Refurbishment of three existing LIA buildings to address compliance issues; and
d)Extension of the Military Instruction (MI) Block to provide working accommodation for MI Staff including a lecture theatre room
