Tender Description
The Public Transport Authority of Western Australia is seeking feedback from the market to ascertain whether there is adequate interest from firms who wish to tender for the construction of the New Railcar Maintenance Facilities as one package minimising interface risks, creating synergies and gain economies of scale, or potentially as multiple packages. Following this Registration of Interest process, the Request for Tender documents are expected to be released late Quarter 4 2021 via the Tenders WA website: www.tenders.wa.gov.au
Interested organisations are encouraged to provide feedback on the construction methodology and packaging by completing the below form and submitting it to Tanya.Gipson@pta.wa.gov.au by 5.00pm, Western Standard Time on 24 August 2021. The submission of the below form is non-mandatory and does not preclude a firm from submitting a response to the Request for Tenders.
Note: At this stage the Public Transport Authority is seeking feedback from ‘head contractors’ who have the capacity and capability to manage and construct the works for each complete construction package or multiple packages. Potential subcontractors and component suppliers need not respond.
No legal relationship and no contract shall exist between the parties in respect to this Registration of Interest.
