Tender Description
The objectives of this project are to expand and refurbish existing YPARC facilities across Victoria including the following scope:
- Refurbishment of three existing 10-bed YPARC facilities located in Bendigo, Dandenong and Frankston.
- Delivery of five new 10-bed YPARC facilities located in the geographical regions of Barwon South-West, Gippsland, Grampians, Hume, and North-East Metropolitan Melbourne.
The Victorian Health Building Authority is calling for Expressions of Interest from pre-qualified suppliers from the Department of Treasury and Finance’s Consultant Supplier Register (CSR) to demonstrate their capacity and capabilities to provide Principal Consultant (Architect) services for the YPARC Program.
Evaluation of proposals will be completed with the view to establishing a final shortlist of suitably qualified and experience parties to proceed to the Request for Tender phase.
Joint venture submissions will be accepted.
