Tender Description
The works to be performed by the contractor selected through the procurement process are the design, construction and Subdivision Certificate for Stages 7 to 11 of the development of an industrial area in South Murwillumbah, named Industry Central. Non-Mandatory Pre-Tender Site Meeting Location : On-site, meet at the eastern end of Thornbill Drive, Murwillumbah Date / Time : Wednesday 11 August 2021, 10:30am to 12:30pm. The Contact Person will be available to record bidder’s queries and respond. Participants attending this meeting to note that the current Covid-19 Rules for Regional and Rural NSW will need to be observed. This may include, but not be limited to, social distancing and the wearing of face masks.
