Pega Developer - AC2052

⁠⁠⁠The Business Services team requires the services of a motivated and engaged Pega Developer. The key attributes which we seek are:

• Demonstrated success in full lifecycle Pega implementations (preferably PEGA 7 and 8) including live implementation in Pega.

• Certifications in at least one Pega-related category, preferably Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA).

• Collaborates with business subject matter experts and various Engineering and Technology teams to collect requirements and define, design, develop, test, and support applications leveraging Pega system software.

• Strong understanding & knowledge of Pega concepts and implementation experience with PEGA connectors, performance tuning, decision trees, listeners, UI design, Integration, Security Model etc.

• PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) version 7.1.x , Prefer Pega 8.x.

• Supports end-to-end functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) experience of business process management (BPM) applications.

• It would be desirable to have skills/experience in Pega Government Platform (PGP), Customer Service experience, on-premise Pega deployments, and Pega deployment in Kubernetes

• Provide strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving enterprise recommendations while ensuring adherence to standards and establish standards where they may not yet exist

•Demonstrates an understanding of both the business process(es) and the technical application of the Framework(s) worked on.

• Ensures that systems are built for change, are reusable, and maintainable.
• 5+ years of experience working on software development projects
• 3+ years of Pega Development experience

AUSTRAC is currently operating on a mixed working from the office and home arrangement. The specified personnel will be required to work in the office for a minimum of 2-3 days per week and the remainder from home. Further details will be discussed with the successful personnel upon commencement.
